The Hach BioTector B3500e delivers continuous, accurate monitoring of TOC, TIC, and TC in wastewater streams. Utilizing patented Two‑Stage Advanced Oxidation with a self-cleaning reactor, it ensures reliable performance even in samples containing fats, sludge, or pH fluctuations. Only bi‑annual servicing is needed with automated calibration and uptime above 99.8 %.

Measurement range is 0–250 mg/L C (expandable to 1000 mg/L), with accuracy of ±3 % (or ±0.45 mg/L) in the low range and ±4 % (or ±2 mg/L) in the extended range. Sampling cycle typically takes 7 min 30 s, and the analyzer logs up to 9999 measurement results and 99 fault events. It features a backlit 40×16 LCD display with LED status indicators and supports Modbus RTU/TCP/IP, optional Profibus, 4‑20 mA analog outputs, digital inputs and relays. Operates on 115 V AC, sample temperature 2–60 °C, ambient 5–45 °C.
