The Hach BioTector B3500c is a compact and highly reliable online analyzer for continuous monitoring of total organic carbon (TOC), total inorganic carbon (TIC), and total carbon (TC) in condensate, cooling, and process water applications. It features the patented Two‑Stage Advanced Oxidation technology, ensuring complete oxidation of organic matter even in challenging samples containing fats, oils, and particulates.

The BioTector B3500c stands out with minimal operating costs, requiring servicing only twice a year and no frequent calibrations thanks to its self-cleaning reactor. It is designed for a 0–100 mg/L C measurement range, provides high accuracy (±3 % for 0–25 mg/L and ±5 % for 0–100 mg/L), and delivers >99.8 % uptime, making it ideal for critical industrial applications.

Its space-saving design frees up wall space, making installation easier in confined environments. The analyzer supports Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, and integration with the Hach Claros portal for remote monitoring and data management.
