The MAGUS Lum 450L is a next-generation professional fluorescence microscope designed for high-contrast imaging of specimens that emit fluorescence when exposed to excitation light. It features a 4-channel LED illumination system (UV, V, Blue, Green), a modern trinocular head, wide-field eyepieces, infinity-corrected plan achromatic and fluorite objectives, and Köhler illumination in both reflected and transmitted light.

The LED fluorescence module uses powerful 5W LEDs with a lifetime of 50,000 hours, providing instant switching between wavelengths with no warm-up, no overheating, and no hazardous materials. The rotating LED selector allows fast transitions between fluorescence modes.
