Büchi miniPilot is a compact series of jacketed glass reactors with volumes of 5, 10, and 15 liters, designed for laboratory and pilot-scale chemical synthesis. The reactors operate within a temperature range of −60 °C (optionally −90 °C) to +200 °C and can handle vacuum up to −1.0 bar and pressure up to +1.0 bar. Stirring speeds are adjustable up to 600 rpm. All wetted components are made of chemically resistant materials such as borosilicate glass 3.3, PTFE, and PFA.
The system is fully modular and can be configured for synthesis, crystallization, distillation, or filtration tasks. Digital control is performed via external controllers, compatible with Labworldsoft and automation platforms. Stirring drives are interchangeable, with anchor and impeller types available, including ATEX-certified options.

All reactors use Büchiflex ball-and-socket joints for secure, flexible, and easy-glass connections. The standard set includes a jacketed vessel, support frame, stirring motor, drain valve, sensor ports, sampling valve, and condenser system. Integration with distillation, filtration, and crystallization setups is possible. Reactors are GMP and ATEX compliant and can be scaled up to kiloLab or chemReactor systems seamlessly.
