The TOC Sensor 6000TOCi, manufactured by Mettler Toledo Thornton, is an on-line sensor providing real-time TOC monitoring with updates every second and a response time under 60 seconds. It uses UV-based oxidation for CO₂ detection without reagents. Detection limit is 0.025 ppbC, resolution 0.001 ppbC. Accuracy is ±0.1 ppbC (<2 ppbC), ±0.2 ppbC (2–10 ppbC), or ±5% (>10 ppbC). Repeatability is ±0.05 ppbC (<5 ppbC) or ±1% (>5 ppbC). Supports ISM diagnostics, USB data logging, and integration with the M800 transmitter. Complies with pharmaceutical standards USP, EP, JP, and ChP.
