The MAGUS Lum D400L LCD is a professional-grade fluorescence microscope designed for advanced biological, clinical, and educational applications. It combines high-precision infinity-corrected optics, powerful fluorescence illumination, and modern LCD-based digital visualization, making it a versatile tool for fluorescence and brightfield microscopy.

The trinocular head allows comfortable viewing and easy camera installation, while the integrated LCD monitor enables real-time image display, group demonstrations, and ergonomic operation without extended time spent using eyepieces.

Its 100W mercury illumination system provides intense excitation light with discrete emission peaks suitable for a wide range of fluorochromes. The four filter sets — UV, Violet, Blue, and Green — support high-contrast imaging of DAPI, FITC, TRITC, and many other fluorescent dyes.

The bright 30W halogen transmitted-light illuminator enables accurate observation in brightfield mode. High-quality plan achromatic and fluorite objectives ensure excellent resolution and clarity in both fluorescence and transmitted light microscopy.

The system can be expanded with optional objectives, eyepieces, phase contrast, darkfield, polarization attachments, and digital imaging solutions. This makes the MAGUS Lum D400L LCD a powerful, flexible platform for teaching, diagnostics, and scientific research.
